It is not possible to get rid of mosquitoes permanently, however our insect screens can reduce the influx of mosquitoes from outdoor areas.

Yes, as the insect screens are all custom made and we do have insect screens that do not require an iron grill window to be installed. However, if the user decides to install an iron grill later after installing an insect screen, it might not fit as the size of the iron grill may vary.

Yes, all types of windows and doors can be installed with insect screens. Based on the customers’ doors/windows, we can suggest the most suitable type of insect screen.

 If there are no public holidays after the order is confirmed, an insect screen can be installed within a week. However for security mesh, it will take less than 4-6 weeks for our team to come and install it after the measurement is taken.

Normal insect screens have a warranty period of 5 years. The warranty only applies to accessories and manufacturer’s defects. Human defects after installation are not included in the warranty.

For Security Mesh, we provide a warranty period of 10 years on powder coating & mesh against mesh against corrosion while 3-years warranty on the accessories from the date of installation.

For aluminium types, except the usual natural anodized (NA) or medium bronze (MB), we do have 16 colours available for powder coat. 
However, wire mesh is only available in black and silver colour.

All our insect screens can be easily dismantled and reassembled for cleaning purposes except for security mesh. It is recommended to clean your insect screen twice a month.
Wash the surface with a soft microfiber cloth or sponge to loosen and remove any debris or contaminants; thoroughly rinse with clean water. Repeat the wash for heavy or stubborn dirt areas, then dry with a microfiber cloth. You may use a soft brush and mild detergent while cleaning to scrape off stubborn dirt.

No, there is no charge for a quotation. We are happy to provide an affordable price to fit into our customers’ budgets and provide sufficient time for our customers to decide.

We do not sell DIY products. However, customers may provide us with the dimensions for the product of interest for self-installation.

Yes. We do have a minimum of 6 sqft requirement per panel for windows or doors.

Yes, there will be an additional charge for transportation when a customer’s order is less than RM 2,000.

Yes, you may provide us with accurate measurements of the doors/windows and install the mesh by yourself / your own contractor. However, the warranty will be voided. As the installation is included in the product package and to provide a good outcome, we strongly encourage our customers to appoint our experienced installers to complete the work.

Our products are tested for various types of forced entry and environmental resistance. Our mesh is made from high grade SS304 stainless steel with a mesh thickness of 0.8mm & above. Also, we have a 3 points lock system to prevent impact, jamming, and prying actions from the intruder.

50% deposit is payable upon confirmation and the balance is payable upon completion of work.
